Refund policy

All items are final sale. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours, and we will make it right. No refunds will be given for changed minds or cancelled events. Thank you for understanding

Customs/ Semi Customs. By paying the final payment, you are agreeing that the proof or details in coversation is accurate. This includes (but is not limited to) spelling, dates, colors, designs, size, and shape. IF the final product Is incorrect, but is the same as the proof provided or details discussed  and approved, you will be responsible for a corrected sign. This price could be from 50% to 100% of the original price whatever I deem fair and necessary. If the product does not match the proof approved such as spelling, dates, design, or size, I will do my best to rectify the mistake at no additional cost for you, however, that is not always the case. Please understand, that colors vary per screen. I do my best to share the color as accurately as possible; however, there will be times that it will not be exact as the proof. If no proof is provided due to a semi custom nature, please be sure your spelling is correct when you submit order.
