Production & Shipping Information

Please note that production time and shipping time are different.

Most items are completed within 1 to 5 business days after your order is received and all required information (photos, personalization details, etc.) has been provided. During busy seasons, such as back-to-school and holidays, production times may increase due to order volume.

After your order has been completed and shipped, transit times are typically:

- Texas: 1–4 business days

- Outside of Texas: 3–6 business days

Please remember that once your package leaves our hands, it is in the care of USPS, UPS, or the selected carrier, and we cannot control delays during transit.
